Every businessman must always want to increase sales. Still remember the AIDA + C? Yes, that's the sales letter formula. Sales process begins with attention (Attention), generate interest (Interest), build desire (Desire), make them take action (Action), and perform the final (Closing). Well, I do not intend to explain the formula again. This post is more focused on closing only.

Need to be kept in mind, closing should work if there is a win-win situation. Prospects feel lucky to get the best solution of your product/service, and you are lucky to be able to help prospects solve the problem. If only one party who feels a win, closing will not occur.

When it's a win-win situation arise? If you are a seller, I think you are always been ready to sell. Means that you need to do to stay encouraged win situation is also created on your prospects.
How? There are many closing techniques. Of them as suppose to give choice to the prospect. "You pick this one or that one?" It could also provide guarantee, bonuses, and other. Then from where you know a situation is the most appropriate time to conduct the business closing? Usually we can tell from the prospects signals sent. Try to observe whether your prospects are driven to buy? And whether they are ready to buy your product? If so, make a closing.
