Office for Small Business

Every business should have an office. Office serves as the command center of all things related to day-to-day business operations. This is also true for small businesses, although the businesses is carried on a small capital, or still have a small turnover, business operations should still be there.
Some small-scale character of business are as follows:
1. Have a small capital
2. Small number of employees (may be under 5 people)
3. The products marketed are few
4. Local market share

Based on these four characters, renting offices in spacious and luxurious building with high cost is irrelevant. What is needed is a small office that can accommodate all employees, yet effective and efficient in supporting business operations. One alternative that can be done is by using a portable building.

The small business owner can rent a new or used portable buildings. It depends on its financial capability. But if the financial is sufficient, buying a portable building is better. Do not need a new one, used portable buildings is not a problem as long as still in good condition. Moreover the interior can be designed such that it looks new and convenient to use.

I believe the need for an office for ongoing and growing business is importance. Where we will receive business clients and a place to work for employees? Certainly at the office, not at home of our family!
