The making of the coaches’ coach - Eric Dombach

You have probably heard the name Eric Dombach comes up in almost all conversations you have had with business people. Who is this man who is becoming a house hold name among business people? If the current statistics are anything to go by, Dombach is the strongest force to reckon with when it comes to business coaching. He is a leader in coaching, hence has been dubbed the coach of coaches, and indeed he works with likeminded coaches and business people to help them exploit their full potential.

Like all other successful business people in the world, Dombach has a very interesting history. He entered into the coaching business in 2001 as a mere franchisee and partner of Action Coach, which is currently the leading business coaching company throughout the world. If Dombach was like other people, he would have reached his comfort zone, and would have worked hard just to increase his paycheck and that would be it. Not being someone to settle for anything less than what he truly believes in, his hard work and persistence dedication to excellence and the need to exploit his full potential is what saw him become what he is today.

His tenure at Action Coach saw him receive several accolades and prestigious awards and recognitions. Most notably is the highly coveted us Coach of the year which he received in 2003, and then followed by the Global Coach of the year which came in the year 2004 when most people thought he was at the peak of his career. 2005 was another successful year for Eric Dombach, as he got recognized with the Franchisee of the Year award which was awarded by the International Franchising Association. At the time his business was raking in over $30,000 a month.

Fast forward to a few years later and Dombach decided to expand his horizon and attain his full limits and this is when he opened the Coaches’ Coach, a coaching business that was born after he sold his franchise to his business associates. Talking about this venture is a story on its own, since so much can be written about the Coaches’ of Coaches. In a nutshell, though, the selfless nature of Dombach has seen him develop strong interpersonal and leadership skills that have helped him train over 1,300 coaches from Mexico, Australia, Europe and of course the United States of America.

He has a very strong passion for business, and the fact that he is more than ready and willing to share his skills and extensive knowledge and experience in business is what sets him apart from other business owners. Eric Dombach is the man to watch out for, and most people believe the world is yet to see the best of him.
